Terms of Use
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Post-Box, operated by Quick Broker Application W.L.L. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
The service
Post-Box lets you save links to posts from supported platforms (currently Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Snapchat), download the associated media, and organize it into folders in your own cloud storage.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering.
Your responsibility for saved content
You are solely responsible for the content you choose to save. You must have the right to save and use that content, and you must comply with the terms of service of the platform you are saving it from. We do not review or claim ownership of content you save, and we reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts involved in copyright infringement or abuse.
Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans (Basic, Premium, Pro) are one-time payments for a fixed period, one month or one year as you choose at checkout. They do not renew automatically: you are only charged when you choose to pay.
- When your period ends, your account returns to the Free plan. Nothing you saved is deleted, but the Free plan limits apply again and you may not be able to add new content until you are within them.
- You can renew during the last 7 days of your plan; the new period is added on top of the time you have left. Switching to a higher plan starts a new period, and the unused time on your current plan is credited toward the price.
- You can cancel anytime from the Subscription page. Cancelling ends the plan immediately and returns your account to the Free plan; it does not refund the period you already paid for.
- To move to a lower-priced plan, cancel your current plan first -- an active paid plan cannot be downgraded directly while it is still active.
- Add-ons (extra storage, download packs, watermark removal) are one-time purchases. Extra storage lasts one year from purchase; download packs and watermark removal do not expire.
- Coupon codes and referral rewards are promotions with no cash value. They may be limited, changed, or withdrawn.
- Prices are shown in USD and charged in KWD via MyFatoorah using our listed exchange rate; the charged amount may differ slightly from a live market rate.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
- Storage described as unlimited on a plan is subject to fair use.
Sharing
If you create a public share link for a folder, anyone who has the link can view and download the posts in that folder until the link expires or you stop sharing. You are responsible for what you share.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Post-Box to infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights, to store unlawful content, or to attempt to disrupt or abuse the service.
Termination
You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page (Delete Account). This permanently deletes your saved content, and any paid plan ends with the account without a refund. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Post-Box is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quick Broker Application W.L.L. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of saved content.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kuwait.
